Scripted scenarios run the real RTIDS pipeline end-to-end — persist-then-classify, outbox delivery, camera watchdog — with per-stage latency measured live. RF-DETR Large analyzes the paired frame as real visual evidence; the scripted camera payload remains the explicit input to the demo policy decision. Demo rows are marked DEMO-… so they never masquerade as production data.
